The EuropaKontor Business/Co-Working & Conference Centre Hamburg has fully equipped, ready-to-go office spaces available for you at the top address with view of the Alster, the town hall or the Elb Philharmonic Hall; the interior is homely, tasteful and luxurious. You can move in from one day to the next without having to pay an agency fee and all office solutions offer flexible contract durations.

The following office space configurations and sizes are available:

Shared office workspace

Shared office workspaces in an office shared by a maximum of 4 people, who are still able to concentrate and work or relax, as screening and sound-absorbing panels provide the necessary discretion and private sphere.

Individual Office

Individual office with one workspace or with an additional meeting table with visitor chairs. The office can be equipped and remodelled to suit your wishes and to provide you with a work environment optimised to your needs.

Team Office

Team offices for two to six workspaces, which can flexibly be adjusted up or down as and when needed. Additional members of staff who do not require their own fixed workspace on a daily basis may be accommodated at our flexible co-working workspaces as and when needed.


Office Suite

Director’s Office consists of two rooms which are connected by a door, and both of which also have a door each to access the hall. This combination may be chosen to provide the boss with an office and a reception room or may operate as a large team office with a connecting option to improve communication and cooperation.
